I have seen a lot of Wicked fanart in my time, but this is by far one of the best. In my opinion, it is rather difficult to make Fieryo handsome in his scarecrow form (rather than just looking goofy) but you really nailed it. It is still clear that he is a scarecrow in this picture, but you managed to simultaneously capture his charm that he had when he was human, especially in his facial expression. As for Elphaba, she is just GORGEOUS. In addition to their smooth and natural looking smiles, I like the detail you put in the eyes. Fieryo's charming blue eyes rest on Elphaba, while her beautiful brown eyes are focused slightly upward on the flower he is giving her; a pink flower at that, just like the one she wore in her hair when she was "Galindafied". The background just brings it all together with the soft lighting of the lanterns on the trees and the starry, moonlit sky. Finally, the soft shading you did with this painting truly brings out that feeling of sweet romance. The shading itself is so well done that I can almost feel the soft, warm glow of those lanterns.
I don't even know how you do it! This art is beautiful and original at the same time! I agree with the other critique-er when they said that it's hard to make Fiyero look handsome as a scarecrow. But here, he's perfect! I love your idea, and you don't ever think you're not a good artist. Okay, now I'm just typing because I have nothing else to say other than I rate it 5 stars on everything and I love Wicked too! I still have to type more. Well, let's see... I love the moon and starry background, and the patches on his arms. Good outfits on both of them.
AWWW!!!! How romantically beautiful! Though that does beg the question; where did they go? What land could they go to where a green-skinned woman with magical powers and walking, talking scarecrow who used to be human and may or may not be the father of any children they may or may not have after the events of "As Long As You're Mine" aren't going to cause such a stir that everyone in Oz hears about them?
